Granville is the founder of 6 Seconds SEA Pte Ltd & Peak Performers Consulting Group Pte Ltd, a consulting and training company specializing in organizational behaviour and performance. He set up 6 Seconds (SEA) Pte Ltd and has since hosted 5 certifications with 6 Seconds US over the last 4 years. The team designs & facilitates workshops for schools, adults and for organizations. Their initiatives are frequently used to boost performance of staff at all levels and for teams to approach obstacles objectively with a view to enhancing performance.

Granville has been helping employees in organisations to approach their strengths and weaknesses through coaching and facilitative workshops that deal with team and individual behaviour. He has been actively promoting Emotional Intelligence practices as well as teaching such skills in organizations where he uses certain skills/therapies to help them cope with emotional issues. He also uses various mechanisms like DISC, Harrison Innerview, Enneagram, MBTI, SEI and Baron’s EQ-i in his coaching practice to help participants understand innate behaviours and those within their influence to take action. His present programs include Leadership, Performance Coaching, Energy Psychology’, Emotional Intelligence, Personality and behaviour Profiling, Coaching With EFT (Emotional Freedom technique) and various soft skill related to performance.

His area of interest centres on the core issues of behaviour and personality where he fosters a greater understanding before helping others to take action.
