Course Registration Policy

Registration and Payment

  1. A place will be reserved for you upon receipt of your registration. You will be informed on the status of your registration via email 2 weeks before the course scheduled date.
  2. Please send your payment to us when you receive our invoice. Payment can be made by cash, nets, cheque, bank draft or credit cards.
  3. Please do not send cash by mail. For payment by cash, nets or credit card, please come down personally to our office.
  4. Course fee is inclusive of Training Materials & Notes, Certificate of Participation (minimum of 75% attendance), Lunch & Tea Breaks for the entire duration of the course, unless otherwise stated.
  5. All cheques/bank drafts must be made payable to "Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre" or "MIS Training Centre", crossed and marked "A/C payee only" and send it to:

Marketing Institute Members' Discount

Corporate and Individual Members of the Marketing Institute will be entitled to a 10% discount on all Executive Development Programmes. For membership enquiries, please email membership@mis.org.sg.

 

Group Booking Discount

Companies will be entitled to a 5% discount for sending 3 or more participants to the same course on the same date.

 

Withdrawal

There will be no charges if notice of withdrawal is given at least 14 days before commencement of course, after which a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the course fee will be levied. The full fee will be charged for withdrawal or no-show on the course commencement date. Replacements are allowed.

 

Cancellation

Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Learning Venue

All public learning courses will be conducted at the Institute premise, located at 99B Amoy Street Singapore 069919 unless otherwise stated. We are located within proximity from Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place and Chinatown MRT stations.
